Often this service works best in tandem with a Landing Page Optimization to increase conversions, and an Adwords campaign to bring targeted customers to your site.
WebFadds.com will install and configure Google Analytics on your Dynamic CMS Website or Business Blog, then custom configure analytics reports tailored to your strategic needs. You set 2-3 site “goals” to track* (completion of a contact form, download of a white paper, purchase of a product or service, etc.), and we’ll configure your report so you can get both a quick overview, and a detailed analysis. You receive a PDF report via email every two weeks, with analysis and comments from Scott Frangos, Managing DIrector at WebFadds.com. The bottom line is that you will understand exactly your R.O.I. based on specific trackable goals for visitor behavior at your site including gaining leads, and making conversions and sales.
* We also offer White Paper writing, creation of smart contact forms, and other site development that will help reach your goals (not included in Analytics-MAX Site Goal Service fee… see below). Contact Us.
F.A.Q.
Why do I need Analytics Goal Tracking? Google Analytics provides excellent visual statistics tracking and reporting, and one advanced feature is that you set a goal at your website, and track it, so you can analyze the cost versus the return on your site’s performance. For example, let’s say you are after sales leads for your sales force, via a filled out contact form at your site. You also have calculated that you sell one $800 service per every 20 contacts, currently (a 5% conversion rate — where a conversion means you have converted a visitor to a customer).
Correctly configured, Google Analytics can tell you what keywords your visitors searched on actually let to the most conversions, what route (pages surfed) visitors took to get to your conversion page (in this example, a form at your site) , and even compare different “landing pages” to show which led to more conversions. Using this data you can make changes at your site leading to a higher conversion rate. More sales. More profit. This is not just “important” — it’s means everything about your success online. It’s a huge competitive advantage. There is a good overview about Google Analytics Goals here: Website Goals Increase Online Success.
How do you customize my analytics reports: Google Analytics offers dozens of different ways to organize the data it collects. We first learn about the nature of your publishing effort at your website and business blog then pick the best configuration for the “dashboard” of reports you receive.
A couple of examples: for a Business Blog, where you want people to stay and read your postings, we would feature “Bounce Rate” (how many visitors left after just one page) for your analysis.
Another example for a Business Blog would be to study “Popular Content” so you begin to include more content that your readers need from your Blog. [Contact Us]
What do you mean that I will understand my R.O.I.? We’ll work with you to calculate a good “Return On Investment” — R.O.I. — figure for your website effort. In the example given in the first answer, if you sell an $800 service once for every 20 contacts, then each lead/contact is worth $40 ($800 divided by 20). Then, you simply look at what the costs are to obtain those leads. If you are running Google Ads costing $20 in total clicks to get one lead, then your R.O.I. is a profit of $20 ($40 in lead worth, minus $20 in cost to get the lead). [Contact Us]
Will I automatically get a better R.O.I at my site as a result of this service? No. You will have set some important goals, and understood your R.O.I for those goals, but improving performance will require adjustments to your site (reworking headlines, changing graphics, coming up with incentives, etc.) not included in the service — we can work with you on a concurrent Landing Page Optimization campaign and use Google Adwords to drive qualified traffic to your page(s). You WILL have some good data to help in your effort, however. For example, you will see which keywords people searched on led to more conversions. You can then take those keywords and work them into your “funnel” (pages leading to your goal page) in the headlines and copy. [Contact Us]
Can I cancel the service anytime? Yes. We believe you’ll find it so valuable that you will renew every six months, but you may cancel it at any time. [Contact Us]
