We upgrade WordPress itself, all plugins, install 5 monitoring plugins, plus provide  an Analytics review… 3 times in 14 months after you order.  Reference your service status at any time in our support ticket system. UPDATE: We’re ready to help you upgrade to the great new WordPress 3.0. Please note that some modifications may be required to your theme to enable new features like Menu Editing.

Why 3 upgrades? In our experience — that will keep you covered and running smoothly.  WordPress averages one major upgrade in a 14 month period, plus 2-4 minor security upgrades.  We’ll keep an eye on your site, and keep everything running smoothly.

Here’s what we provide*:

• We bring upgrade your CMS and Business Blog to the current version of WordPress
• We update all plugins to their current versions
• We update your master theme, if you have developed your CMS solution on the Thematic-MAX framework.  Note that some “child theme” upgrades may be estimated separately.
• We keep a running record of your maintenance using a helpdesk ticket system which you may login and review at anytime.
• We install and configure five essential plugins, including a Virus scanner, System Health monitor, Disk usage monitor, backup program, and analytics monitor
  
  Above (click to enlarge), in addition to all necessary upgrades each month, service prepares you to proactively track key system performance, plus your site visitor performance via visual plugins on your dashboard (login page of your WordPress admin. area).
  
• We’ll provide a custom site analytics report so you can review your site ROI — and we’ll install Google Analytics if you haven’t done that yet — three are included during your 14 month period of service.
• Up to one support ticket question per month regarding upgrades, site performance or your analytics report.

*Not Included: Custom programming of theme pages, or plugins; upgrading of your actual theme; support for functions supplied by your hosting provider (email functions, domain name services, etc.). This service applies for standard installations (not automatic installations via 3rd party hosting programs) of WordPress, and plugins. Any custom alterations you have performed on your site may not be covered — we will review your site promptly and report back to you. WordPress MU installations, installations on Windows Servers, and any other non-standard installations are not covered.  Installations using software like “Fantastico” and other installers may not be covered.  Note also that overuse of plugins can sometimes cause site speed and functioning problems — we will advise, but not be held responsible for any conflicts due to 3rd party plugins.

Note that any non-related service items, or service requested beyond three upgrades will be estimated and invoiced on approval of estimate.
