- We update all plugins to their current versions
- We keep a running record of your maintenance using a helpdesk ticket system which you may login and review at anytime.
- We install and configure five essential plugins, including a Virus scanner, System Health monitor, Disk usage monitor, backup program, and analytics monitor

This service applies for standard installations (not automatic installations via 3rd party hosting programs) of WordPress, and plugins. Any custom alterations you have performed on your site may not be covered — we will review your site promptly and report back to you. WordPress MU installations, installations on Windows Servers, and any other non-standard installations are not covered. Installations using software like “Fantastico” and other installers may not be covered. Note also that overuse of plugins can sometimes cause site speed and functioning problems — we will advise, but not be held responsible for any conflicts due to 3rd party plugins.
Note that any non-related service items, or service requested beyond three upgrades will be estimated and invoiced on approval of estimate.
